The game erupted with early as Neicia Smith from Andover swiftly netted two goals in the first quarter, setting a blistering pace. SPS responded, matching Andover goal for goal, led by Samantha Moyer and Alexandra Cabot, ending the first quarter in a tense 3-3 tie.

At the restart, Hadley made one move and was 1 on 1 with the goal and she buried the game winner in overtime to secure a hard-fought 11-10 victory for her team.
