In an exhilarating lacrosse showdown between the Andover and SPS, fans witnessed a breathtaking display of skill and determination that extended into overtime. From the opening whistle to the final buzzer, both sides showcased their competitive spirit, making for an unforgettable game in Concord. 

The game erupted with early as Neicia Smith from Andover swiftly netted two goals in the first quarter, setting a blistering pace. SPS responded, matching Andover goal for goal, led by Samantha Moyer and Alexandra Cabot, ending the first quarter in a tense 3-3 tie.

As the game progressed, each team continued to trade goals, refusing to let the other gain a decisive advantage. Anodver's Smith remained a force to be reckoned with, but SPS's Gretta White and Cabot answered back, keeping the score close heading into halftime, deadlocked at 5-5.

The intensity only heightened in the second half. Andover's Shea Freda delivered a stellar performance, rallying her team with crucial goals, while SPS's Meg Bohan and Amelia Shair stepped up to keep their team in contention.

As the clock wound down in regulation, the score remained deadlocked at 10-10 with both teams have late chances to win the game. In OT, SPS won the opening draw and controlled the ball to their offensive half.  Hadley Cepiel made a great cut to the net and was hit while trying to catch the feed, creating a free spot opportunity.  At the restart, Hadley made one move and was 1 on 1 with the goal and she buried the game winner in overtime to secure a hard-fought 11-10 victory for her team.
