Daniel Sullivan hit two home runs and drove in five as St. Paul's defeated Kimball Union Academy Varsity Wildcats 12-2 on Friday. Sullivan homered in the fifth and second innings.

St. Paul's were the first to get on the board in the first when Eli Suchecki induced Sam Ekstrand to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.

Two more St. Paul's runs crossed the plate in the second inning to extend the lead to 4-0. Finn Ryan grounded out, scoring one run, Carter Corbett hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Sullivan hit a solo home run to left field.

A single by Ekstrand, and a ground out by Will Ekstrand helped St. Paul's extend their early lead in the third.

St. Paul's scored five runs on two hits in the bottom of the fifth inning. Ryan drew a walk, scoring one run, and Sullivan hit a grand slam to left field.

Luke Newhall earned the win for St. Paul's. The right-handed pitcher allowed four hits and two runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out five and walking six. Yiyi She took the loss for Kimball Union Academy Varsity Wildcats. The right-handed pitcher went two innings, surrendering six runs on four hits, striking out one and walking two. Suchecki led things off on the mound for Kimball Union Academy Varsity Wildcats. The southpaw gave up two hits and four runs over two innings, striking out two and walking three. Ekstrand pitched one inning of zero-run ball for St. Paul's in relief. The right-handed pitcher surrendered zero hits, striking out none and walking one.

Ekstrand and Sullivan each collected two hits for St. Paul's. St. Paul's stole five bases in the game. St. Paul's turned two double plays in the game. St. Paul's were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Connor Pollard had the most chances in the field with six.
