It was an overcast game day, but this did not dampen the spirits of the Big Red as we climbed off the bus in Groton, Mass. The squad had earned the weekend off and were hungry for a win after two days of productive practice. Alas at the end of the two periods our W column remains empty. Both teams battled fiercely throughout the match. Both teams had some terrific chances and our rookie goalie, Nifemi Omoniyi '28 helped block the Spartan's charge multiple times. Hats off to Isabel Hunt '26, Flora Goodman '27, Allison Min '27 and newcomer, Jai Yoon '28 for anchoring the team throughout the afternoon. Join us Saturday, September 28 when we take on the Northfield Mount Herman Hoggers. It will be our home opener on Brinley Field at 4:30 pm. Looking forward to putting on a show for the home crowd.
