Kate Dunlop

Joined SPS: 2019

Based in the Office of Communications and Marketing at St. Paul’s School, Kate Dunlop is the associate director advancement communications and editor of Alumni Horae, the School’s print magazine. She joined SPS in 2019 after 12 years at Colby-Sawyer College, where she was the senior director of college communications, editor of the college magazine and an adjunct professor in the humanities department.

Dunlop first got to know St. Paul’s School through its Advanced Studies Program. A varsity tennis team player in high school, she loved spending all those summer afternoons on the SPS tennis courts.

After a stint at a ranch in Colorado, Dunlop began her career with nine years at the Boston-based Young Authors Foundation, where she rose to editor of Teen Ink magazine and was the on-site director of the foundation’s summer writing programs in London and New York City.

Dunlop holds a B.A. from Colby College and an M.F.A. from Lesley University.
