The SPS T&F teams traveled to Phillips Academy Andover on Sat May 20 for the D1 NEPSTA championship meet. Competing against 17 other teams in very challenging rainy conditions, the Big Red T&F athletes performed well overall. Despite not scoring many points for the team competition, several SPS athletes had notable performances, either season best results or top 10 finishes, led by captain Gabby Martiniello's second place in the high jump with a season best 5'0" and sixth place finish in the 400m. Other notable performances came from Ernest Obiorah (7th place in the discus), Jackson Tewksbury (9th place in the 100m), Andrew Carroll (PR in the 1500m and 3000m), Brantley Gilliard (PRin the long jump), Mikey Williams (PR in the triple jump), Alexandra Green (7th place in the 100m hurdles), Olivia Blanchard (PR in the 1500m), and Kate Taylor (PR in the 3000m).
