SPS fell to Lawrence Academy in their first away game of the season. St. Paul's came out hard, but Lawrence struck first and tallied their first goal in the first period. SPS responded with a goal by Caroline Humber. Erin Flaherty and Liza Demain had the assists. The two team battles through the second period, and they went into the third tied 1-1. SPS battled, but their efforts were not enough. Lawrence struck again halfway through the third and the game ended 2-1 for Lawrence. SPS comes back home Friday to face off against Lakes Region rival New Hampton.
