The Big Red fell to Williston on Saturday, December 9^th at home. SPS came out flying in the first period. While their efforts were laudable, Williston held them off and the period ended tied at 0. Erin Flaherty scored the first goal of the game in the second period. Caroline Humber and Ava Hunter had the assists. Their lead didn't last long, and Williston responded with two quick goals before the end of the second period. SPS fought until the end, but Williston kept rolling. The game ended 3-1 Williston. SPS is looking forward to a lot more hockey this winter, starting with an away game against Lawrence on Wednesday.
