On an unseasonably hot day, the SPS girls' cross country team hosted Deerfield. With 26 runners racing, 7 saw season's best and 11 ran PRs. Aedyn Kourakos, Brooks Boyd, Mack Barrette, Patalie Vipraskit, Clara Tcherepnin, Sophia Zhang, and Maren Comey all ran their best times of the season by as much as a minute. C.C. Goss, Minnow, Brown, Allison Min, Rita Krenkel, Katie Ragsdale, Lu Rodriguez, Poppy Hamilton, Isabel Hunt, Jenny Li, Seraphina Yim, and Cameron Quinlan all ran personal best. Rita Krenkel and Lu Rodrguez improved their times by over minute! It was a good day on the home course for SPS GXC! Next up, the girls travel to Proctor this Wednesday for a Lakes Region invitational.
