SPS lost to a solid Deerfield team at home on February 5^th. Deerfield came out hard, and scored their first goal in the first period. SPS did not quit, and Chelsea Bell tallied a goal of her own. The two teams battled hard throughout the game, but SPS came up short in the end. The game was 3-1 near the end, and Deerfield scored on an empty net to make it 4-1 for Deerfield.
