St. Paul's lost their match against Andover's talented Varsity B team, but the score does not reflect the effort, skill and tenacity of SPS players. Singles players Jennifer Yung-Coak, Cassia de Vink, Alice Qi, Selma Haft, Hayley Tang and Liza TenBroek all played with heart and determination and should be proud of their efforts.  At Doubles 1, Alex Hatch and Jenny Li played a decisive and assertive match, winning 8-4. Doubles 2 team Abigail Zoltowski and Shenna Chen lost their match but were a terrific team and played some great points. And Doubles 3 team Antonia Pflaum and Allegra Caracappa won their match 8-6, battling back from a deficit to take the win. All in all, while the match was a loss, all twelve players demonstrated grit, sportsmanship and skill. It was a great showing from the Big Red.
