SPS GXC had a strong start to the season this afternoon against Groton School and Lawrence Academy for the annual Kim Cup. 30 Pelicans toed the line and 30 finished strong. Aedyn Kourakos finished first overall by over a minute. C.C. Goss finished second for SPS followed by Brooks Boyd, Minnow Brown, Mack Barrette, Bela Friedman and M.J Williams-Bello. Their performance gave the Pelicans their first two wins of the season. Many newbies ran their first ever 5km race, resulting in more than 10 PRs on the day! It is an exciting start to the season. Next up GXC turns their focus to Wednesday when they host the Lakes Region.
