Our Program

St. Paul's School girls basketball competes within the Lakes Region League of the NEPSAC Conference with additional non-league games each season. Full of multi-sport athletes, the team is athletic and competitive; as a result, they have numerous former players competing collegiately on various teams, including Colgate University, Hamilton College, the University of Chicago and American University.

The coaching staff is dedicated to helping students reach their full potential as both basketball players and as students, people and leaders.

Coaching

Head Coach Jennifer Fithian played four years of basketball at Division I Binghamton University from 2002-2006. A two-year captain for the Bearcats, she led Binghamton to the America East semifinals as a senior. After graduating, she went on to play team handball with Team USA for 15 years, competing in the 2011 and 2019 Pan American Games and playing professionally in Germany.

Become Big Red. The color will suit you.

Sportsmanship, respect and kindness are at the core of our coaching and playing, whether at the club, junior varsity or varsity team level. On the field, court and ice, students step into leadership roles, taking as their role models the coaches who also serve as their classroom teachers and house advisers. Our 95,000-square-foot Athletic and Fitness Center serves the entire St. Paul's community, helping all students prioritize their physical well being — no matter their athletic interests or skill level.
