The Big Red played some great field hockey throughout their game against Austin Prep. Early in the first quarter, Nel Peter fired the ball in the cage putting The Big Red up, 1-0. Austin Prep gave SPS a good fight for most of the game with good stick skill and would score a goal midway through the game, making it 1-1. The Big Red defense protected their goal against multiple Austin Prep attacks. Overall, The Big Red played well and finished the season undefeated (14-0-2) for the second year in row.
