St. Paul's traveled to Groton for a Friday night matchup against a familiar rival. In the matchup, St. Paul's controlled the game throughout—building a quick 6-0 lead in the opening minutes, and never looking back. SPS led 37-22 at the half, and despite Groton's toughness and shot-making, the Big Red still controlled the second half because of consistent intensity and execution. It was a balanced team win, with Tighe Arache scoring 17 points and Trey Miller recording yet another double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Mekhi Simmons added 11 points, Jake Reardon 8, Liam Henaghen 7, Quintin Eason 6, and Patrick Ricca 5 points along with 4 assists.
