SPS opens the Season with win over Brooks

The St. Paul's Girls Varsity Squash team started off the 2025-2026 campaign with a strong opening statement vs Brooks School. The Big Red completed a clean sweep, winning the match 7 – 0. In the first round of matches, SPS got strong wins from a trio of rookies. #2 Eliza Relyea, #4 Maisie Hayne, and #6 Mia Bai each earned a win in their first ever match representing the Big Red. Not to be outdone by the first wave, the second wave of matches was just as decisive. #1 Corbin Gray also earned her first win in her first match with a score of 3 – 0. Returners #3 Emery Gay, #5 Melody Zhang, and #7 Addie Hayne finished off the sweep with 3 – 0 wins themselves. After a great start to the season, the Big Red will set their attention to Tabor for a match in Marion up next.
