St. Paul's School is proud to announce the addition of three new assistant coaches to the
Boys Varsity Lacrosse program for the 2025 season.
Jonathan Berry, Matt Johnson, and Tim Vasconcellos will join Head Coach
Joe Bernier, bringing a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the team.
- Jonathan Berry, a 2017 graduate of Mount Ida College and a three-time All-Conference midfielder, and Tomahawks Coach, will contribute his offensive expertise to the program.
- Matt Johnson, a 2008 graduate of Keene State, will serve as the Goalie Coach. A decorated collegiate player, Johnson was a four-time First Team All-Conference selection (2005-2008) and a three-time LEC Defensive Player of the Year (2006-2008). His specialized training will be instrumental in developing the team's goalkeepers.
- Tim Vasconcellos, a 2007 graduate of Plymouth State and a four-year letter winner on defense, brings additional experience from his tenure as Head Coach at Pembroke Academy. His defensive knowledge will be key in strengthening the long poles and defenisve work of our midfielders.
These new additions to the coaching staff reinforce St. Paul's commitment to excellence in lacrosse, both on and off the field. The team looks forward to a competitive 2025 season, beginning with an intensive March Training Trip.
