The match began at 106 pounds, where Maddie Morse earned a forfeit victory, giving SPS a 6-0 lead.
Noah Lu (113) followed with a pin over Elise Kelley of Brooks in just 1:04, pushing the lead to 12-0.
Brendan Ginty (120) then added another forfeit win for St. Paul's, extending the advantage to 18-0.
At 126 pounds,
Ciaran O'Reilly wasted no time, pinning Dahlia Beltramini of Brooks in 0:23, increasing St. Paul's lead to 24-0. Brooks School responded at 132 pounds, with Nicholas MacCormack defeating
Ian Chang by decision, 18-11, cutting the score to 24-3.
Charlie Lussier (138) continued the momentum for St. Paul's, securing an 18-1 tech fall over Harrison Kucharski, pushing the lead to 29-3. Brooks responded at 144 pounds with Christian McGrail's pin of
Samson Nguyen, narrowing the score to 29-9.
