St. Paul's captured the lead, 4-2, in the top of the fifth when Charlotte Voge singled, scoring two runs, and Morgan Barbossa grounded out, scoring one run.
#7 took the loss for Tilton. The reliever went two innings, allowing seven runs on eight hits, striking out one and walking one. A Gillis started the game for Tilton. They surrendered five hits and four runs (two earned) over five innings, striking out eight and walking four.
St. Paul's amassed 13 hits in the game. Voge drove the middle of the lineup, leading St. Paul's with four runs batted in. The infielder went 2-for-4 on the day.
Cotter collected two hits for St. Paul's in five at bats. Alison Jankowski led St. Paul's with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, tallying five walks for the game.
Perry led Tilton with one run batted in. They went 1-for-3 on the day.
